Community Outreach

The Faye Perry Project is an annual Christmas outreach initiative established in honor of Jerilynn Faye Perry, a dedicated educator whose passion for teaching, service, and commitment to young people left a lasting impact on her family, students, and community. As the mother of LaBoris D. Perry, CEO and Founder of Perry’s Digital Solutions, LLC, and Shawntae Perry, Co-Owner of SheShe Inc., her legacy continues through their shared commitment to serving others and giving back.

Founded through a partnership between Perry’s Digital Solutions, LLC and SheShe Inc., the Faye Perry Project focuses on supporting families and children in need during the holiday season. Each year, the initiative provides assistance, resources, gifts, and memorable experiences designed to bring joy, hope, and relief to families who may be facing financial hardship. Guided by Ms. Perry’s spirit of compassion and service, the project seeks to make the holiday season brighter while continuing her legacy of uplifting and investing in the lives of young people and the community.

The Perry’s Digital Solutions Scholarship was established in 2022 as a product of the Faye Perry Project to honor the legacy of education, leadership, and community service that inspired its creation. Each year, the scholarship is awarded to one graduating senior from Central High School in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, who demonstrates academic achievement, leadership, perseverance, and a commitment to making a positive impact in their school and community.

As part of Perry’s Digital Solutions, LLC’s broader mission of community empowerment, the scholarship serves as an investment in the next generation of leaders and changemakers. By recognizing students who embody determination, character, and a dedication to excellence, the scholarship aims to support their continued educational and professional success.

Cage Free Voices (CFV) seeks to educate youth and young adults who struggle with self-image and identity through literature, spoken-word, workshops, conferences, seminars, music, and community fun day events. Grounded in the principles of reflection, connection, and transcendence, CFV aims to empower individuals in their journey of self-discovery. 

Among the many specialized programs, CFV offers music, radio, journalism, poetry, workshops, conferences, and seminars. Our programs are designed to enhance literacy rates for disengaged youth and those with special education needs. CFV provides a comprehensive curriculum that focuses on phonemic awareness, comprehension, fluency, and creative writing while also offering a platform for artistic expression. Additionally, we are proud to support the Faye Perry Project, which aligns with our mission to uplift our community.
